As an experienced chatbot/Conversational AI Developer and AI Engineer, I specialize in building innovative chatbot and AI solutions for the IT and services industry. My expertise spans across Microsoft Bot Framework, Skill Framework, Bot Composer, Kore.AI & programming languages like Node.js, Python, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I have extensive experience in designing, developing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing cutting edge tools like Azure OpenAI models, DALL·E 3, GPT-4, Whisper and Bing Web Search.
I have successfully developed and deployed several proof of concepts (POC's) centered around generative AI, demonstrating the real-world potential of Azure OpenAI solutions. My experience extends to ServiceNow and Incident Management, where I provide exceptional technical support and ensure smooth operations across various teams.
Additionally, I have experience using JIRA and Confluence for project management, issue tracking, and team collaboration. I am also familiar with Salesforce Chat Buttons for testing chatbot interactions and can integrate them to enable seamless transitions between chatbots and live agents. I am proficient in Nucleus for code scanning, helping ensure the quality & security of applications.
I also bring hands-on experience with UiPath, enabling large-scale end-to-end automation in businesses. I have developed automation solutions for various business processes, including Excel and mail automation, and have managed various administrative tasks. Additionally, I worked on enhancing the PTO (Paid Time Off) and Oncall MIM (Major Incident Management) processes, as well as the Chatbot OnBase invoice retrieval process and DHL tracking-related processes for Zebra Technologies. As both a Chatbot and RPA Technical Engineer, I contributed to streamlining these processes through the combination of chatbot and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies.
